I was just checking on this. It seems 6 month later and it is still under investigation. The responsibly agencies are letting it simmer before they quietly say there is not enough to support charges.

The Jonesboro police ( https://jonesboropolice.com/admin ) have jurisdiction, but claim they got the evidence to the DA:
"Elliott said he will be referring the case to the local prosecutor and was putting together paperwork in the coming days to send to the prosecutor. The county prosecutor did not immediately return a call Monday."
So the Jonesboro Da should be the one to make the call. District Attorneys notoriously don't charge cops, even with murder.
EDIT: I wanted to add in here that DAs aren't even necessarily pro-cop. LEOs will stop policing if one of theirs gets charged. It is literally a portection racket and the bill is police benefits and retirement (which is nothing to scoff at) and immunity from the law. Like any other gang they will make sure some bad things happen if they are not paid. Though some DAs are just pro-cop. Edit/rant over.

Because of their police unions and their national sheriffs associations as both police unions and the national sheriffs associations both shield the police and sheriffs from not getting held accountable to the full extent of the law for their wrong doings it's time we abolish their police unions and abolish their national sheriff associations to put a serious stop to this

Anyone ever charged with resisting arrest should be allowed to show this video in court as a reason for fighting back and refusing to allow these bastards to cuff you and take you into their custody. How can you trust that the police will keep you safe once they become your custodians?

This guy was overdosing on Fentanyl IIRC and the cop straight up told him he didn't give a shit if he died. That's when the dude wrapped the seatbelt around his own neck and then the cop stopped the car to beat the shit out of him and shut the door on his head while it was bent over the edge of the seat

I believe he was doing a sternum rub to check for a response, its incredibly painful but harmless when done normally. But when he didnt get a response with his knuckles, which is the normal way to do it he uses what looks like a pistol magazine to violently do a sternum rub until he gets a response.
I can't imagine being such a violent person when faced with someone being unconscious you can do something like that to them. Not even mentioning beating him when he was being choked by the seatbelt. This dude needs to be sent to prison.

read about the story in Marcy NY that just happened in early December. We don't have a video yet but 13 cops killed a handcuffed man.
