Tsakane police sergeant facing disciplinary action, she slapped a man who inquired about police refusing to help woman open GBV case, [gender-based violence case]. Sergeant and civilian filed assault and privacy violation charges against each other.

Everyone is failing to take into account that he’s already handcuffed. Assaulting a restrained detainee on camera will probably get her fired and rehired by a suburb a mile away.
