It's because Carlson is a Republican, and Joe Rogan is Joe Rogan, and Redditors tend to hate both

Yea I do. I’ll say that he’s a fascist pretending to be a reasonable person. He’s gone increasingly further right in the last 9 years. You can only go SO far to the Right and still call yourself a normal person with a party affiliation.
