45 u/Sirquack1969 Sep 05 '24 Won't ever happen, their kids are likely in religious private schools and actually have proper locks on the entry ways. 9 u/Tambo1983 Sep 05 '24 Very true! 11 u/Tinker107 Sep 05 '24 “God’s will. He’s in a better place now.” We’ve all heard it, haven’t we? 2 u/Time_Faithlessness27 Sep 05 '24 If all these dead kids are in a better place now why don’t these people with so much faith in this “better place” just get a gun and join them? 2 u/Tinker107 Sep 06 '24 Apparently their faith has limits, right where it affects them personally. 9 u/Alternative_Edge_651 Sep 05 '24 I always say the same thing. The moment the kid of one of the Powers That Be is gunned down at school, that’ll be the moment to actually do something because it’ll hit home. Until then, let the kids of the regular people be gunned down 1 u/Rubeus17 Sep 05 '24 When gabby giffords was shot I thought things would change. When Steve Scalise was shot I thought things would change. It’s never going to change. I’m beginning to think guns are god to these people. 1 u/RepostersAnonymous Sep 05 '24 If someone can shoot up a baseball field full of conservative congressmen and it not even prompt a debate, nothing will. 1 u/Tambo1983 Sep 05 '24 When did that happen? 1 u/RepostersAnonymous Sep 05 '24 Back in 2017
