It might be like the way they did memories luffy, it’ll just come in kizuna shop, obv everyone got given his skulls afterwards but I forgot why

We will get them at a later date. It may happen as it did with super tnd dex luffy legend, so chopperman missions.

Couple months in the kizuna shop or just given them since they werent made available like they did Dex Luffy. Probably gotta grind insignias in a future kizuna
