On one hand, the gorosei stopped vegapunks stream rigth before his messaged to the Ds, and secured access to mother flame and york

But, on the other hand, the straw hats will 100% get away, and the world at large is more or less aware about thier genocide plans

Seems like a draw? Although Mother Flame is pretty important to their plans

yeah, to me it was pretty clear the arc would end in a draw between SHs and WG, for two reasons:

  1. this is the first arc of the final saga, basically the opening act of this storys final installment, and these are Main Villain's top tier generals - it was very unlikely to me all of them o even some of them would lose here

  2. Oda set up the win conditoon for the straw hats to be "escape with vegapunks", and now theyre doing just that, but with half the vegapunks dead or about to die, like Edison

Are the only Vegapunks that will live are the ones not in the message right. So no Shaka and no Edison?

atlas, lilith and york are probably the only VPs who are making out of this alive, atlas and litlith on straw hats side, and york on goverments side

York will also have access to Vegapunk's record since they'll have control of the island.

Assuming they don't kill the brain because they still want to use York.

That said they also do have the body of Vegapunk prime, so the remaining punks can revitalize that one.
