Interesting idea, I do not know the exact wording in Japanese. However, MrMorj has noted that Luffy starts using random words from Bink's sake when he turns into Gear 5, words and phrases he would not typically use. Dawn would be one of them. I guess his naming has to do with that, maybe being partially influenced by Nika.

I dont think he was their target and I'm guessing here, it maybe to take control of seraphim/pacifistas. At this point the world knows egghead is on siege, so maybe they went there hoping to take advantage of the situation and find something to control the seraphims. Now that they got Saturn instead, it made the job easier (hence Devon's comment) since the elders can command them. So she can just transform into Saturn to do so

Speculation: like Reiju with poison, Sanji's enhancement is related to invisibility. Physics-wise, invisibility means light either passes right through you or does not interact with matter that makes up your body. Whatever is responsible for Sanji's invisibility-related enhancement could be related to light, making Sanji something like a natural counter to Kizaru's Pika Pika abilities. No haki required!

Amazing chapter, ussop’s joy was infectious, I’m so happy that even though it’s been 20 years or more after the little garden arc, I’m so glad Oda hasn’t forgotten ussop’s admiration for dorry and broggy! This adds so much depth to Ussop who desperately needed some attention since Dressrosa!! I love that the giants from impel down are also back!! I loved the interaction between Luffy and Bonney and Saturn getting bashed up pretty well!  Sanji blocking Kizaru’s attack finally shone some light on Kizaru’s expression! I don’t think he’s ever shown any visible emotion other than regret.. I think we will see Zoro defeat Lucci, this chapter is very much setting that up! I think initially Catarina wanted to copy VegaPunk but with Saturn being here, she improvised and took his disguise.. I think this very much confirms Saturn’s death. Saturn’s death will be hidden and Blackbeard will use that to make certain political moves via Catarina(with Saturn’s disguise). And finally if Caribou is a BB fan boy and jobs BB’s crew then we are definitely seeing a possible set up for Bartalomeo(Luffy fanboy) vs Caribou (BB’s fanboy)!! Fantastic chapter!!! Break week was long despite it just being one week!!

Honestly it almost feels like Egghead was written with the anime pacing in mind. These chapters have been so stacked with lore and events while the fights have mostly been pretty short or completely skipped over. Ever since Jaya, Oda has not stopped nailing in how Teach and Luffy are two sides of the same exact coin

Between the mention of his lineage, the crew achieving yet another something we don't know about, declaring to a fucking Gorosei that their goal is the world, Catarina praising Teach as "he's different" just like the straw hats pretty much did in their own way, and the reveal of Caribou being a goofy fanboy in the same vein as Barto, this chapter hyped Teach all the more.

Doffy better watch his back, cause he's getting closer and closer to (potentially) being dethroned from being the best villain in the series. Oda please deliver as well as you intend to

IMO Usopp is definitely getting an upgrade in Elbaf, future sight makes sense as sniper vs sniper Van Auger would warp and future sight Usopp would always know where he would be.

2v2 Luffy and Sanji against Saturn and Kizaru is so awesome. We got to see Luffy fight together with Zoro a good amount in Wano so it's nice to see the other wing getting his chance to shine.

The Giant Pirates are doing a sweep to eliminate the Marines, while they're also fighting the Pacifista. ~30 Ships Down, ~70 Ships to go.

So it indeed seems like Vegapunk Prime is gonna die, RIP to a real one.

The whole sequence with Luffy punching Saturn at Bonnies request was great, and then it moved into Sanji being classic Sanji which I loved. The panel of Sanji facing off against Kizaru whilst Luffy just fucking bounces is perfect.

It's good to get confirmation that Blackbeard is following in Xebec's footsteps and wants to be King of the World. Clever move from Oda to use like two small lines of dialogue to help clear up the limitations on Van Augur's power.

If York and the Seraphim are where we left them I'll be honestly surprised.

Things will move forward now, Blackbeard (at least) has possession of Garp, knowledge of two Ancient Weapons, two Poneglyphs, and a method of using them (theoretically). Shit's about to go down.

Of course none of this matters since this chapter raises a really important question.

throughout all of egghead luffy has treated Bonney as a little sister almost, from early on where he called her boggey and she got all offended and he stopped cause he felt bad (who else has he done that for lol) and then with the pacifista where she attacked luffy for trying to defend himself from one but still saved her when she sat there and let herself be attacked, and this chapter especially with luffy teaching her how a real Nika punch is, it just brings it all together. I love it so much,momo was a great younger brother to luffy and Bonney will be a great younger sister.

Zoro getting pissed that Lucci thinks he's controlling the fight is hilarious because he's absolutely getting baited into keeping the fight going by Lucci so I hope he just Onigiri's his ass and ends it or at least let's Jinbe come in for the assist

Saturn absolutely continuing to get his shit rocked is chef's kiss and Luffy just face tanking (literally) whatever that mind attack from Saturn is so funny.

SANJI BLOCKING KIZARU'S LASER LITERALLY HAD HIM SHOOK HE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO REACT.

I also think that Kizaru's heart still isn't quite in it though otherwise I don't think he would have closed his eyes before shooting off the beam. After this incident there's no way Kizaru doesn't at least lose the admiral rank or something right? Like he let one of the five elders get pummeled (twice) and has failed to kill Vegapunk let alone capture any of the straw hats.

BUT SANJI AND LUFFY SIDE BY SIDE AGAINST AN ADMIRAL IS SO FUCKING COLD PLEASE LET THEM CLASH NEXT WEEK ODA EVEN IF IT'S ONLY A LITTLE BIT.

As for Devon and Augur I think Devon touching Saturn was for the purposes of allowing her to transform into him and impersonate him right? Not sure what else it could be since I don't think she can copy other fruit powers themselves but we don't actually know that. There's no way a mythical zoan would just be a better version of the Mane Mane no Mi so I'm assuming there's another dimension to this. Augur's response of "The World" goes hard as fuck. I'm also glad we're getting some confirmation in regards to Blackbeard's special lineage. Obv we knew he was different with the whole not sleeping thing but it's cool to see it confirmed.

The comment about Teach’s lineage is interesting, I can’t decide if it’s hinting towards him being a Buccaneer or being related to Rocks. On one hand he has a similar body type to Kuma with a big torso and skinny limbs and there are all the comments about the uniqueness of his body.
